FOO FOO FEST ANNOUNCES 2021 VIRTUAL KICKOFF MEETING
FRIDAY, JANUARY 29, 2021
Pensacola’s 12-Day Coastal Celebration Set to Return November 4-15, 2021
The New Year brings a new Foo Foo Festival! Mark your calendars for Foo Foo Festival’s virtual kickoff announcement, taking place on Friday, January 29, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. CT, to hear the news for this year’s plans and grant applications. The 7th Annual Foo Foo Festival will take place November 4-15, 2021 with 12 days of fun-filled celebrations.
The Foo Foo Festival team is excited to share the news around this year’s events, which will be held with COVID-Safe measures in mind. While Foo’s plans for its 2020 events were canceled out of an abundance of safety to ensure the health of the Pensacola community and attendees, the highly-anticipated festival will return in November 2021 better than ever before. Pensacola is celebrated for its unique culture, and the ability to celebrate the arts organizations, nonprofits, and local businesses that thrive within this beloved coastal destination is important now more than ever.
The invitation to join this year’s kickoff meeting is open to all nonprofits, prior participants, local-to-Pensacola community groups, local and regional arts organizations, businesses, hoteliers, and musicians that are interested in learning how to participate in Foo Foo Festival as a grant recipient and “Friend of Foo Foo Fest.” To access the kickoff meeting, please use the Zoom meeting link provided below.

The health and safety of the Pensacola Foo Foo Fest’s attendees, staff, vendors, and participants are of the utmost importance to the Foo Foo Fest team. As Foo Foo Fest organizers work to finalize the plans and event layout for this November’s festivities, the team is taking all precautions possible to ensure that the health of its festival-goers will be kept top of mind, including the institution of COVID-safe protocols and enhancement of outdoor spaces to allow for social distancing. The Foo Foo Fest team will continue to monitor developments surrounding COVID-19 leading up to November’s events and will fully cooperate with any instructions heeded for Escambia County by local and state officials and the CDC.
