Date Posted: Jan 29, 2021

Pensacola, FL (January 29, 2021) – Today, Pensacola’s Foo Foo Festival officially announced its plans for its seventh annual events, taking place November 4-15, 2021. Via a virtual kickoff, the Foo Foo Festival committee shared this year’s grant application process, funding structure, and COVID-safe procedures that will be implemented into this year’s festival. While the Foo Foo Festival’s plans for its 2020 events were canceled out of an abundance of caution to ensure the health and safety of the Pensacola community and attendees, the highly-anticipated festival will return in November 2021 better than ever before.

In 2021, the Pensacola Foo Foo Festival will once again fund top-scoring grant applicants, with the number of grants to be awarded contingent upon the number of submissions. This year the Foo Foo Festival will provide up to $315,000 in grant funding, and grant applicants can apply for up to $100,000 in grant funding. For those local non-profits interested in applying for a Foo Foo Festival grant, visit ACEPENSACOLA.ORG. Additionally, for those non-profit organizations that apply and do not receive a grant, but would still like to participate or those local for-profit businesses such as hoteliers, restaurants, bars, etc who are interested in participating and benefitting, we encourage you to apply as a Friend of Foo.
