The Back on the Blocks: Culinary Demonstration sponsored by Five Sisters Blues Cafe, Pensacola Energy, and the Crowd Pleaser Grill will feature “Comfort Cook” Chef, and Restaurateur Lenora Hingle of Lenora’s Restaurant, located in New Orleans, La.
Join Lenora as she introduces her savory, soulful demonstration in cooking as she cooks her most famous mouth watering Pan Seared Louisiana Catfish.
This dish will be coupled with another delectable piece of Golden Fried Catfish, drizzled w/ Lenora’s specially seasoned crawfish sauce, and served on a bed of fresh steamed zucchini and yellow squash, with a tasty portion of her homemade garlic mashed potatoes. And, if that doesn’t do it for you, she’s offering up a slice of her decadent sweet potato pie.
